RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges and refunds are accepted up to 14 days after the date the product was received. Please note that the items can only be returned if they have not been worn and with all attached cards on it. 
The returning items must meet the following;

• Within 14 days after receiving
• When the item is complete, new (no stains and/ no wear), unworn and as far as possible in the undamaged original packaging. In other case properly packed with labels and (price) tags still attached.
• If the packing slip or (copy) of the invoice, or other proof of purchase included in the packaging.

​When you receive the order, check immediately whether all items have been delivered undamaged and complete. We are unable to refund your returned postage unless the product is faulty/incorrect.
